Most of the companies do not approach the rural areas where there is a huge requirement of economy packs . Customer services is also an equally required area where one should keep focus , as this helps in getting the repeat orders and it gives an additional cushion type help to users . We should always be in touch with our custmers for their valuable feedbacks and comments on which we can go on improving by satisfying their needs .
