We aren’t taping our meetings at this time, although that’s a great idea! Our meetings are essentially round-robin updates on our respective projects, and encouragement and feedback on how to overcome challenges.
Having participated in many groups in the past, I’ve found that they all develop their own dynamic. There are no two masterminds that are alike. I recommend that you to set your intention for the group, start meeting RIGHT AWAY, and adjust as you go along.

Definitely agree with the accountability part. When I run mastermind groups we set the contract upfront.
I find the 8 is the ideal number for a mastermind group and that there should be a definite facilitator (normally me). Every week may be a little much, I normally do it monthly.
